Privacy policy

Who I am

This website belongs to Imtiaz Nayeem, a web designer working with businesses worldwide. For anything about your information, email contact@imtiaznayeem.com.

What I collect

When you request a demo or send a message, I receive the details you choose to give: your name, business name, social links or website, and a WhatsApp number or email address.

The form is delivered to my inbox by FormSubmit, a form delivery service. If you message me on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or email instead, your message is handled by that service under its own privacy policy.

How I use it

Only to build your demo, reply to you and, if we work together, deliver your project. I don't sell or share your details, and I don't add you to mailing lists.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics from its host, Vercel, to count visits and measure page speed. It doesn't use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and, for clients, for the length of our work together and any records the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing contact@imtiaznayeem.com. If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
